​Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference committee at ​applingconference2026@uq.edu.au .

Before 31 October 2026

A $100 fee will apply to cancellations made before this date to cover administration costs.

After 31 October 2026

No refunds will be made for registrations cancelled after 31 October 2026.

Conference Dinner

No refunds will be made for cancellation of the conference dinner with fewer than ten working days’ notice in writing prior to the start of the conference.
